I don't know what to think of Drivers Ed. Some days I have fun and others it's either boring or awkward. There's a kid in there that I have known for awhile. Last year we were sluffing seminary partners and this year we drive together. This kid is hilarious! Love him! Very funny, makes me laugh, and were basically great buddies.
Today I went driving with this kid and another kid. The other kid thought it would be fun to make fun of me and my driving so my buddy thought he would join in. This "other kid" and I have never got along. We had math together in 7th grade and we were known as the, "fighting married couple." I never liked this kid. He made fun of me and I just wanted to smack him all the time. So when I heard he was going to be driving with us today I wasn't too thrilled.
My buddy totally turned on me. What in the world? Last time I checked you don't do that. Today was one of those awkward drivers ed days. I guess my buddy in the real world (outside of drivers ed) is too cool for me. My bad, I didn't realize.
My mom told me that that's how boys are. I don't feel like that's a good enough excuse. Sorry boys. I'm a girl, do I get to blame things I do on my gender? NO! Whatever, I guess this is my little venting post. BOYS! BOYS! BOYS!
I'm almost done with drivers ed. 3 more classes and 3 more hours of driving. I can get through this. I am SO excited to get my license. 23 days! But who's counting? Can not wait!
If you are actually reading this don't mind the stupidity of this post. Sometimes you just have to vent.

A Birthday Shout Out
Today would be my friend Kaydee's birthday. She is 16 years old! I don't know what I would do without her. I have come up with 16 reasons you should have Kaydee Broadbent be your friend.
HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY KAYDEE!! LOVE YA!
- She will make you laugh
- You will have many inside jokes
- She makes a GREAT stalking partner
- She goes with the flow
- You will have nick names for anyone and everyone
- You will come up with new words such as "STUUUUP!"
- She will yell things at basketball games such as, "TAYLOR, you are THEE SHIZ"
- You will do the most random things, but have so much fun doing them
- You will cut barbies hair then proceed to pull of their heads
- She will send you funny texts that you have to lock on your phone so you can look at them later.
- She will plot plans with you
- She will make weird noises with you
- She will love Zac Efron just as much as you
- You will miss her like crazy when she goes to Mexico
- You will never be bored
- And if you're lucky you will co-parent ponies
I'm not quite sure what I would do without this girl. She always makes me laugh. There is always a smile on my face when I'm with her. She kind of completes my life.
Sorry for the barbie porn |
HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY KAYDEE!! LOVE YA!

When you....
When you smile, I smile.
When you laugh, I laugh.
When you're sad, I'm sad.
When you cry, I cry.
When you're feeling blue, I do too.
When you think things will never get better, I will tell you they do.
When you are there for me, I am there for you.
Just know that I will always love you.

Valentine's Day!
The lovey dovey day of the year that I hate so much. Sure, if you have a special someone Valentine's day could be good, but for those of us who don't it's a little bit depressing. I realize that I am only 15 years old, but I want someone to ask me to be their Valentine. Did I just write that?
In elementary Valentine's day was a great day. You got to decorate a cute little box, get cool cards with barbies on them, and best of all LOTS of candy! My view of Valentine's Day changed in 5th grade. (For the purpose of this story we'll change the names to Cade and Suzie) Cade had always had a crush on Suzie. When Valentine's Day came around he asked her to be his Valentine. After she declined I was his rebound; naturally. I told him that I would be his Valentine. A couple days passed and while we were in the reading corner Cade whispered to me, "Suzie told me that she wants to be my Valentine now so, sorry you're not my Valentine anymore." I was devastated. When Valentines Day came around he brought her flowers and chocolate and I was left with nothing. I know that I was in 5th grade and I shouldn't even care about it now, but it still kind of bugs me. Guys, don't ask someone to be your Valentine then back out. Not cool!
The other day in English we were talking about Valentine's Day. My teacher looked up at the boys and said, "No matter how much you do on the 15th it doesn't make up for what you didn't do on the 14th." TRUE! It made me very happy when she said this. She went on to tell us about her 3 engagements and how one guy bought her 14 dozen roses on Valentine's day then proceeded to propose to her in a white limo. It was one of those stories where you wish so badly that would happen to you. It was the kind of story that would be in a typical chick flick.
In Junior High you could send chocolate roses or real roses to your friends. Student council comes around and announces the name of everyone that gets a rose. For those of us whose names weren't called it's embarrassing. It's always the same people that get the roses and the ones who don't. All the stuck up fake girls get real roses from guys who for some reason think they are amazing.
Now that I am in High School there are couples all over the place. Although I know I will get things from my friends it's not the same as getting something from a boy. In High School they do "Vala-Grams." The choir goes around and sings to the people who are receiving "Vala-Grams." I don't know what is it, but I want a Valentine. Pathetic, I know.
I wish that there were more real life love stories like in the movies.....
I may not have a Valentine, but I have an AMAZING mom who sent me these flowers.

Dark Hair & Blue Eyes
Anyone that really knows me knows that I have a creepy obsession with dark hair and blue eyes together. It all started with these two...
This picture might now show it, but they have gorgeous blue eyes. I don't know what it is about blue eyes that I love so much.
When people are describing a guy I will first ask, what color hair they have, then the #1 question is always, what color eyes? Most people know I will ask that one question so they go ahead and say it without me even asking. I was once talking with a friend who was telling me about this guy she liked. Of course I asked what he looks like, she went on to say, "He is tall, has dark hair......and BLUE EYES." When I asked her if she was serious she said, "I don't know I just knew that would make you happy." Thank you friend who totally knows me and my creepy obsession.
I really don't even know what it is. They are just so pretty. I have a friend at school who doesn't like her blue eyes. I'm pretty sure she is crazy or something. If it's possible we are thinking about trading eyes.

My ideal man has dark hair with blue eyes, obviously. I want a slight chance of having blue eyed children. So if I could find a man like Zac Efron life would be great!
I think I might even need to get me some blue contacts, just to see what I would look like. So please, if you have blue eyes realize that you are very lucky. I don't want to hear you complaining about your beautiful blue eyes, because some people like me would die for them.

High School NEVER Ends
Well we got through one semester of High School. Last time I talked about high school was here. At the end of that post I said I felt like it was going to be a good year. Well I'm not sure what I was thinking. Sure the year has progressively gotten better, but still. High School isn't what I thought it was going to be.
There are more freedoms, but it doesn't feel the same. I have met a lot of new people and made new friends. When I was in Jr. High people used to tell me that the drama gets better in High School; FALSE! It gets worse. All I really knew about High School was what I saw in the movies. Why can't high school be like the movies?
One day I was listening to Pandora and this song called HIGH SCHOOL NEVER ENDS by Bowling for soup came on. It made sense. I couldn't stop listening to it. It was creepy how true it was.
One week later.........
I started this post last week. It's amazing how much can happen in a week. Who would have thought that High School could improve so much in 1 week? The new semester began and everything seemed to fall into place. Monday and Tuesday were the best 2 days of my high school existence.
I have at least one good friend in every class. Most classes have more than one. I even ended up in a class with Julie, which was not planned, but will be very GREAT!
Kaydee and I are kind of creepers, but it's like whatev. Sometimes we see reesty couples making out in the hall and others dramatically looking at each other. I mean really how much better can it get? We also enjoy talking to 'Wittle baby Andrew. Sometimes we also go to the bathroom at the same times even though we're in the same class and run into 'Wittle baby Aubrie (she HATES when we call her that.) This week we also began co-parenting Celest. Celest in a my little pony. We love her.
So I basically LOVE my English class. I feel like we are a tight knit family. We really all know each other and it's great! Mattie and I have fun trying to get Brian's number that he really doesn't want us to have. One of these days it will happen I'm determined.
I may not understand Math, but I love that class. KP changed our seats and put Mattie and I across the room from each other, not cool. He went ahead and imitated us it went something like this.....
"Mattie, I don't get this. Oh my gosh that was so funny the other day." -KP imitating me
It was creepily accurate. I thought Mattie and I actually worked and then talked in that class. Apparently our teacher thinks differently.
I can't forget Physics. Oh dear! This class sometimes makes me want to die. I don't think I would make it through that class if Kaydee and Brylee weren't in there. We have been working on balloons. Mack has transferred out of physics because the teacher is not a nice man, but while he was in this class it was GREAT! He will be missed.
I'm also taking peer tutor. I took that class in 8th and 9th grade. We went on a field trip yesterday to Capelli's and Taco Amigo. While the kid I was working with got his hair done he couldn't stop laughing. He thought it was the funniest thing ever. I love kids with disabilities. They accept you for who you are and you don't have to worry about them judging you.
I won't go through every class, because we would be here for a while, but this semester is going to be GREAT! This is the real High School that I've always dreamed it would be.

"ZOE"
This comes straight from the Taylor Times. Made my day!
Zoe is at my house right now. Who showed up and rang the doorbell, and I answered the door. She walked in and asked me if my sister was home. I yelled my sisters name as loud as I could. It was very loud, and it was maybe the loudest name I've ever called. Her ear was kind of hurt she said. A little while later she told me to post on my blog. So I am. She also told me to cover a little more of Sweet Model Weekly. I have some pictures that she modeled. We think they are great at my house. It makes us smile to see how great they are.
This blog makes me laugh. I tell Taylor all the time that he needs to write more often. We'll have to work on that. I just thought I would share what made my day!
~Taylor
If you are reading this I would just like to thank you for writing about me in your blog. I'm honored. I love when you creepily open the door and yell "KAYDEE!" I also love your random comments.
Remember call DALTON, DALTON, not Mr. Dalton! Just trying to help you out!
THANKS!
